No physical product, frame, paper, or mat is shipped with the digital download. After payment, you receive access to image files that you can download and use for personal printing or Frame TV display.

This listing includes 5:7 / 11:14. Use the ratio that matches your frame, print size, or screen layout.

Paid orders are delivered by email and can also be opened from your Muralore account or secure guest order link. File links are refreshed from the store so old signed URLs can expire safely.

Printed color can vary slightly because screens use light and printers use ink. Paper, printer settings, lab calibration, and your display settings can all affect the final result.

Printed posters are not sold yet. Use Request print in the format selector to tell us the size and country you need, and we will notify you when physical print ordering opens.

Because digital access starts after payment, change-of-mind refunds are usually not available once access begins. If files are missing, corrupt, duplicated, or materially different from the listing, contact support so we can fix it.
