Terms of sale and use
These terms explain how digital artwork is purchased, delivered, and licensed through Muralore.
Last updated: September 9, 20261. About Muralore
Muralore is a trade name used for an online store selling downloadable digital artwork. The store is currently operated by Oleksii Telnov as an individual seller based in Alicante, Spain.
Customer support: support@muralore.com.
Muralore does not publish a full street address or public phone number on the storefront. Customer and privacy requests should be sent by email.
2. Products and compatibility
Product pages describe the included file formats, dimensions, aspect ratios, and intended display or printing use. Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
You are responsible for checking that your device, display, printer, or editing software supports the stated formats before purchase.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. Stripe Checkout shows the final amount, available payment methods, discounts, and any tax calculation that is enabled for the checkout environment. Stripe Tax is not currently enabled.
Payment is processed by Stripe using its hosted checkout. Muralore does not store full payment-card details.
An order becomes accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. For digital purchases, access is linked to the email used at checkout and can later be claimed by a confirmed Muralore account using the same email.
4. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal
At checkout you expressly request immediate performance of the digital-content contract and acknowledge that the ordinary withdrawal right ends once access or downloading begins. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for digital content that is faulty, materially misdescribed, or not supplied.
See the Refund and digital delivery policy for the practical process.
5. Personal-use license
Unless a product page states a different license, a purchase grants one customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use. Copyright and ownership remain with the artist or applicable rights holder.
You may print the files for your own personal home, gift, or Frame TV use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload as stock or print-on-demand content, claim authorship, mint as an NFT, use as training data, include in templates or datasets, or make the source files available to another person or service.
6. Accounts and download access
You must keep account credentials secure and provide accurate contact information. Account download access may be limited temporarily to prevent abuse, but legitimate purchasers may contact support to restore access. Temporary signed file links expire; the purchase record in the account is intended to remain available.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order. We may update the service, file delivery method, or these terms, but changes do not remove rights already attached to a completed purchase.
8. Print requests
Product pages may invite customers to request future printed-poster availability. A print request is not an order, reservation, or guarantee of future availability, price, shipping destination, delivery time, tax treatment, or fulfillment provider.
9. Liability and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Consumers retain the protections and courts available under mandatory law in their country of residence.
Contact support first so the issue can be investigated and resolved. Support is available in English and Spanish.
